The villa and its adjacent buildings offer an ideal capacity of about 30 beds, expandable to 37 using daybeds and up to 40 with additional beds; larger guest lists are simple to accommodate in nearby lodgings. Events are recommended for 20–80 and can comfortably scale to around 120 with off-site accommodations. The property is rented exclusively, with minimum stays of three nights or one week depending on season, and weeks typically run Tuesday to Tuesday.
Wedding experience: ceremonies and dinners unfold in the gardens, by the panoramic pool, or in the villa’s charming courtyard, with a private chapel for quiet moments or blessings. For receptions, there’s a large indoor room for seated or buffet service, and an outstanding set of amenities for a full wedding weekend—20×10 m pool area, Finnish sauna and gym, a projection room, games spaces and a fully equipped professional kitchen.
