Two buildings create a tiny borgo around layered gardens, with lawns stepping down to a panoramic pool. Interiors keep rustic Tuscan character—beams, terracotta, antique pieces—so the mood stays authentic and calm.

A close-knit, multi-day celebration with everyone together. The estate is arranged as two self-contained units: the main farmhouse (up to 12) and a small “villetta” (up to 4). That sweet spot—about 16 on site—keeps a house-party rhythm while other guests sleep in nearby villages. Florence and Pisa are the natural gateway airports.

Hold your ceremony on the lawns with countryside views. Then slide into golden-hour cocktails on the terrace and a long-table dinner under lights. For a civil rite, the spectacular roofless Abbey of San Galgano and Monticiano’s town spaces are close by; we arrange the paperwork and timing, then bring everyone back to the villa for the reception. Indoors, a simple Plan B seats a mid-size group, so the flow stays seamless in any season. We curate catering, bar, lighting, music and styling with our trusted suppliers.
Capacities and layout
As planning benchmarks, Villa Il Noceto works best for weddings of roughly 10–60 guests, with indoor dining for about 40 as a wet-weather fallback. Gardens terrace naturally into clear zones—ceremony, aperitivo, dinner—so moves stay short and sightlines open for photos. We right-size the floor plan to your guest list and season.
Good to know
Bookings typically run Saturday-to-Saturday in peak months. The property lists tiered wedding fees by guest count, which helps with budgeting at the outset. Supplier policy is flexible. Finally, you’re minutes from postcard locations for portraits, yet the villa remains private and quiet for late-sunset dinners. We manage rooming lists, transfers and production end to end.
