Borgo Tre Rose

Why it’s special
In the hills between Montepulciano and Cortona, Borgo Tre Rose is a thirteenth-century hamlet restored for celebrations. Vineyards ring the estate. Terraces, lawns and a panoramic pool keep the view in every scene. Inside, rooms feature terracotta floors and timber beams for a warm, Tuscan feel. The on-site winery and restaurant add tastings and easy, grounded food moments.

Ideal for
A multi-day, house-party wedding. Your inner circle stays on site, so the weekend feels close and relaxed. The hotel lists 18 rooms, 10 junior suites and 8 suites, all in rustic Tuscan style. Larger guest lists are simple to place nearby while we keep the main events in the borgo. Travel works well via Florence, Pisa and Perugia.

Wedding experience
Hold a civil or symbolic ceremony on the lawns, among vines, or on a view terrace. Legal civil rites are available on site through the municipality; for a Catholic mass, churches in Montepulciano or Cortona sit a short drive away. After vows, slide into golden-hour cocktails and a long-table dinner under lights. If the forecast shifts, we pivot to covered or indoor spaces without losing atmosphere. We curate catering, bar, music, lighting and styling with our trusted suppliers, end to end.

Capacities and layout
Ceremony zones include the garden terraces and vineyard edge. Aperitivo flows naturally by the pool or on the upper lawns. Dinner can be staged on gravel terraces or in the garden under strings of lights; indoor dining rooms provide a refined Plan B. We right-size floor plans to reduce moves and keep sightlines clear for photos.

Good to know
On site you’ll find the panoramic pool, a tennis court and easy paths through the vines. Rooms and apartments sit in separate stone buildings, which gives you calm getting-ready spaces. Between moments, guests can swim, taste estate wines or take gentle countryside walks. We handle rooming lists, transfers, paperwork and timelines so the pace stays unhurried.
