Lawns and a panoramic pool face the valley and the Brufa Sculpture Park. Inside, wide windows keep every moment close to the view. The setting is private, green and quietly contemporary.
Ideal for
An intimate, multi-day celebration with your core group together. The main house is about 200 m² with a large living/dining loft and a suite that sleeps up to five; additional rooms extend capacity in season. Distances are easy—roughly 20 minutes to both Perugia and Assisi—so portraits and day trips fit neatly into the weekend.
Wedding experience
Hold a symbolic or civil rite on the lawn at golden hour. Then move to cocktails by the pool and a long-table dinner under lights. If the forecast shifts, the glass-fronted events hall keeps the mood intact while you stay connected to the landscape. We curate catering, bar, lighting, music and styling with our trusted suppliers, aligning everything to your brief.

Events hall: over 200 m²; around 60 seated inside.
Outdoors: ceremony lawn and pool terrace for alfresco layouts; marquee possible if you want full cover.
Flow: ceremony on the lawn, aperitivo at the pool, dinner beside the hall or under the pergola—short moves, clean sightlines for photos. We right-size floor plans to your guest count and season.
Good to know
The estate is an active farm with olives, honey and seasonal produce, which adds local flavor to menus and favors. Brufa’s sculpture trail sits on the doorstep for portraits with a contemporary edge. We manage timelines, transport, paperwork and production end to end, so the weekend stays calm and well-paced.
Accommodation: The Loft consists of two buildings that can accommodate up to 9 people: a large suite up to 5 people in the Main building (a double bed on the ground floor and three single beds on the first floor) + 2 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and independent entrance in the smaller building
Just 200 meters from the Loft – Casale Ziarelli, can accommodate up to 12 people with its two spacious apartments located on the ground floor and first floor of an ancient farmhouse
