As planning benchmarks, independent venue guides cite sleeping up to around 55 and event scales up to roughly 170–175 outdoors. We place any overflow nearby and keep each moment centred at the castle.

Hold your ceremony in the dedicated garden with Assisi on the horizon, or choose a church rite in town and return for cocktails at sunset. Then it’s a long-table dinner in the courtyard under lights—the castle walls framing speeches and first dance. If the forecast shifts, we pair an elegant indoor plan so the mood stays seamless. Throughout, we curate catering, bar, lighting, music and styling with our trusted suppliers.

As a guide, plan up to ~170–175 seated outdoors depending on layout; indoors suits intimate and mid-size groups. We right-size the floor plan to guest count and season, keeping moves short and sightlines clean for photos.

The estate sits a short drive from Assisi, so portraits and church options are easy. Between events, guests can swim, wander the grounds or join relaxed tastings.
